Minecraft Rivers

End of my first term as Digital Enrichment Leader at Ellington Primary School (Northumberland). Today I used ‘Minecraft’ with my Year 4 pupils to bring to an end their ‘Rivers’ topic and for them to demonstrate their understanding of all of the different features of a river network. Pupils produced some great work and was a fabulous way to bring to an end what has been a wonderful first term at Ellington. Been made to feel so welcome by all pupils and staff, and already feel like a part of the school community. Lots of exciting things already planned for 2024/25 and very much looking forward to my first full year in role.
