Costs

Animate 2 Educate Ltd are available for delivering pupil workshops, staff meetings and INSET days, consultancy work, parental workshops and for presenting at courses and conferences.
 
Costs are based on time, not on activity or numbers, so remain the same, regardless of the size of the group or whether working with staff, parents or pupils.
 
Half Day Session

£299 (within 50 miles of Gateshead NE10)

£399 (outside of 50 mile radius) 

A half day session is based on the school timetabled morning or afternoon session, regardless of length of timings.

Full Day Session

£499 (within 50 miles of Gateshead NE10)

£599 (outside of 50 mile radius) 

£699 (international rate - travel and accommodation to be arranged in addition) 

Full day sessions can either be with one class for the full day, or with two separate classes, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. 

Twilight Staff Meeting

£299 (within 50 miles of Gateshead NE10)

£399 (outside of 50 mile radius)

Twilight staff meetings are classed as being 'up to' 2 hours in duration.

Half Day INSET

£299 (within 50 miles of Gateshead NE10)

£399 (outside of 50 mile radius)  

Full Day INSET

£499 (within 50 miles of Gateshead NE10)

£599 (outside of 50 mile radius) 

£699 (international rate - travel and accommodation to be arranged in addition)

Cancellation Policy

There is no charge for bookings cancelled or changed more than 28 days in advance. 

All bookings cancelled within 28 days of the session (regardless of circumstances) are be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 

Payment will be due in full for all sessions cancelled within 14 days of the session (regardless of circumstances) and for 'no shows' at training events.
