ICT for Education Conference

Always one of my highlights of the academic year to be the host of the ‘ICT for Education Conference’ at St.James’ Park in Newcastle. As a proud Geordie and lifelong Newcastle fan, there is nothing better than doing what I love at the home of the Toon! Brilliant day once more today at the conference and I was joined by well over 100 educators from around the North East who were treated to fantastic presentations from Miles Berry, Steve Bunce, Tig Williams and Sarah Zaman. I was also delighted with the response from delegates to my own keynote presentation and was great to catch-up with so many familiar faces from around the North East throughout the day, as well as making many new contacts also. Huge thanks amongst the many great exhibitors to 2Simple, TTS Resources, NetSupport, Winning With Numbers and VEX Robotics for providing fabulous raffle prizes for the delegates. I am incredibly honoured that I have already been invited back to host again in 2025 for what will be my fifth consecutive year as host and look forward welcoming you all again to St.James’ Park for another fantastic event in September 2025!
