Started the day at Dordon Community Primary School (Tamworth) today by working with Reception pupils. We looked at a number of apps linked to their current 'Christmas' topic. First up was 'Hair Salon - Christmas Gift' from the wonderfulToca Boca team. Pupils had to give Santa a haircut and get him all ready for his Christmas deliveries.
Next Christmas app with Reception pupils at Dordon Primary School this morning was 'More Christmas' from Maverick LLC. Pupils had to design their own bauble and then decorate their tree with baubles, tinsel and lights.
Final Christmas app with Reception pupils at Dordon Community Primary School was 'Snowball Shootout' from Busythings. Massive fan of the Busythings apps and this one develops pupils Numeracy skills, as well as being a great fun app!
